Set of 4, 5" x 1 1/4" Hard Rubber Casters w/wheel lock only, #201049MA-Shepherd. 250# capacity per wheel, expander goes from 3/4" to 1 1/4". There is a slight cosmetic ding but does not hamper the wheels swiveling.
